Radishes paired with herbal butter epitomize the essence of spring, fostering communal dining and the sharing of seasonal delights. Rooted in French culinary tradition, this combination celebrates simplicity and peak flavors. The crisp, mildly spicy radishes harmonize with the creamy butter, while herbal salt adds a bright seasonal, savory twist. A quintessential snack, especially with freshly grown radishes, it embodies the pleasure of savoring the season’s bounty. This recipe is a reminder that some of the most delicious dishes can be created with just a few humble ingredients and a little bit of herbal creativity.
